Joshua Irby

Joshua’s responsibilities as Associate Client Service Manager include oversight of many tasks that support our firm’s relationships with clients, including account documentation, scheduling client meetings, and following through on a host of details. He enjoys the finding-answers and problem-solving aspects of his role – and values the collaborative environment at Halbert Hargrove.

Joshua joined our Long Beach team in 2024. “I am here for the long run,” he says. “HH is everything I could ask for as an employee.”

A George Beadle Scholarship recipient, Joshua brings strong analytical and abstract reasoning skills to his role. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. He’s the first Irby in his family to graduate from college with a Bachelor’s degree, and proud of it.

Outside the office, Joshua’s favorite pursuit is getting together with friends to play Dungeons and Dragons, something they’ve all sustained for close to a decade. He says it’s all about “staying connected with one another, creatively solving problems, exploring complex and intriguing stories – and having fun.”
