Cesar brings an intense focus on problem-solving and all-in teamwork to his role as Associate Client Service Manager. Whether he’s carrying out documentation or following up on pressing concerns for clients, they can count on his composed, committed support. He says he values the professional growth and encouragement from his peers that he experiences here. He joined our Long Beach team in 2024.
Cesar’s working experience prior to HH gave him exposure to what would seem to be polar opposites – entrepreneurship and duty to his country. Most recently, as Co-founder and CEO of KopiOso Coffee in L.A., he learned the ropes of launching a business, performing financial planning, budgeting and marketing, and streamlining and protecting operations. Prior to that time, he served for three years as an Infantry Specialist in the U.S. Army, based at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii.
Following his service, Cesar enrolled in California Polytechnic State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master of Science in Information Security (MSIS).
Outside of work, Cesar enjoys relaxing on the golf course and catching up with friends at a cozy coffee shop or favorite restaurant.
Fun Fact
One of my favorite road trips is to Morro Bay, where I indulge in fresh, delicious seafood. The drive itself is a highlight, offering beautiful scenic views along the way.
